New Menus coming….
Dunno how I missed this one about a week ago, but Evercade have confirmed on their official Twitter account that there will be new slicker looking menus on the new carts that are coming out soon.

Some more bug fixes confirmed for next firmware (1.3)
It has been confirmed that there will be fixes for Drakkhen and Top Race (Piko Interactive Cartridge) in the 1.3 firmware release.
This information came from the bugs channel on the official Evercade discord server.
Atari Flashback Blast 1 running on Evercade

Amazon US cancelling preorders with no reason ?
Is seems that Amazon in the US have cancelled a lot of peoples preorders for Evercade carts.
Evercade official does not know why and they have just posted this update on their official Evercade Facebook Group
“Lots of Japanese Content to come”
Evercade have said on their official discord server that there will be lots of Japanese content in the future. This means that we’ll start to get games that were not released in the west, so it will make the Evercade more desirable than ever.

Lynx Cartridges Pre-Orders Gone Live Early!
The Atari Lynx collections have gone live for pre-order early – Apparently one retailer broke the go live date and others are following suit.

Evercade have confirmed on their official discord server that the August production of Evercades will have firmware 1.2.0 installed on them.
Atari Lynx Carts Pre-Orders from midnight July 30
Evercade Official have confirmed that Atari Lynx Collection 1 and 2 will be available for pre-order from midnight (local time, i.e. UK time) on 30th July 30 2020.

Evercade Firmware 1.2.0 Now Out
Just out – the latest firmware update for evercade is here – check it out here.
Here’s what’s new:
- Button mapping options in specific games (See the list at the end of this post).
- Brave Battle Saga on Piko Collection 1 – Crash condition is fixed.
- Little Medusa on Mega Cat Collection 1 – Crash condition is fixed.
- Menu “Bloop” sound can now be turned off.
- FW version added in the Main Menu.
- More robust save states function for when the unit is turned off.
- Note: This update includes all 1.1a button mapping fixes.
