WHICH DEVICES DOES IT WORK WITH?
It’s built specifically for Evercade VS, Evercade VS-R, and the Evercade Alpha bartop cabinet — the three devices that rely on external controllers rather than built-in ones. It doesn’t work with the handheld devices (EXP-R, Nexus, Super Pocket), since those have controls built into the unit itself. See our hardware comparison guide if you’re not sure which Evercade device you have.
As a bonus, it’s also a genuinely useful general-purpose wireless pad beyond Evercade — it’s compatible with Nintendo Switch 1 & 2, PC, Mac, and Android devices too.

WHY THIS ONE MATTERS
Dual analogue sticks with proper wireless play has been one of the most requested accessories in the Evercade community for years — previous options meant either sticking with the wired pad or hunting for third-party compatibility. It’s also well-timed: several outlets have speculated a connection between this controller and the upcoming DOOM x Evercade release, given how much a proper dual-stick pad matters for a shooter. That’s not a confirmed tie-in, but the timing lines up.
