The Banjo-Kazooie Double Pack is cartridge 53 in the Evercade library, and it packs two of Rare’s most celebrated 64-bit platformers onto a single cart. If you grew up with a Nintendo 64, you already know why this is a big deal.
WHAT’S ON THE CARTRIDGE?
You get two complete games: Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie, both originally released on the Nintendo 64. Between them, these titles defined the collect-a-thon platformer genre — inventive worlds, sharp humour, and more Jiggies than you can shake a Mumbo token at.
Both games are beloved for their creativity, and together on one cartridge they represent a serious chunk of Rare’s golden era. It’s a genuinely exciting addition to the Evercade library.
Original game manual scans for both titles are available to view: Banjo-Kazooie manual (PDF) and Banjo-Tooie manual (PDF).
THE IDEAL WAY TO PLAY
The Banjo-Kazooie Double Pack is compatible with all Evercade devices, but the clear recommendation is the Evercade Nexus. The Nexus is a handheld featuring dual analogue sticks, which makes it the natural home for these 3D platformers — exactly how they were meant to be played.
This cartridge is the launch cartridge for the Evercade Nexus and ships free in the box with every unit. If you’re picking up a Nexus, it’s already included — no need to grab it separately. For the full console rundown, see our Evercade Nexus launch guide.
WHERE TO BUY
The Banjo-Kazooie Double Pack releases on 30 October 2026 — the same day as the Evercade Nexus itself. It’s available to pre-order separately if you already own a Nexus or another Evercade device.
Head to the Banjo-Kazooie Double Pack page for pre-order links, or check the Where to Buy page for general Evercade stockists.
