The best place to get support is via the Official Evercade Support Page or on the Evercade Discord Chat.
The first thing you may want to do is to update to the latest firmware (the firmware is the console’s operating software).
Firmware 1.3.1 Now out – get it here.
Another things to do is RTFM (you might want to google that;) ).
